MoL Portal Registration Process

• Articles of Association (AoA)
• MISA License
• Power of Attorney (PoA). The individual submitting the application will also need to provide their identification. A representative listed on the PoA must visit the Ministry of Labor in person with a copy of their ID and the required documents to manually submit the application.

Approval of the Application:

Once submitted, the Ministry of Labor will review and approve the application online. The approval process involves verifying the CR and application number.

After the MoL file is approved, the company must assign an account administrator. This process requires:

• CR
• PoA: The assigned account administrator will be responsible for managing the company’s activities on the MoL Portal.

Account Administrator Assigned:

Once the account administrator is successfully assigned (within 5-15 working days), the business gains access to the Qiwa portal to manage employee work permits and visa issuance.
